James Holdman is a musician, composer, improviser and educator living in Minneapolis, MN. He performs several genres of music on a number of instruments (fretted strings and others).  His compositions are influenced by world music, American popular music and post-tonal art music. Holdman currently teaches on the faculty of Inver Hills Community College, Inver Grove Heights, MN.
